Tekkers Coaching is building a new football culture in Aotearoa — one that goes beyond the pitch.
We are creating a complete football ecosystem that empowers players, develops coaches, and supports schools and clubs. With a structured, science-based approach and a deep commitment to community impact, we are here to raise the standard for how football is delivered in New Zealand.
Tekkers Coaching was founded by Munith Naidu, a highly experienced football coach, Director of Football, and coach educator with over 15 years in the game. His journey has taken him from grassroots clubs to representative football in both New Zealand and Australia, working with organisations such as the Wynton Rufer Soccer School of Excellence, Fencibles United AFC, Auckland Football Federation, and Northern Fury. Over time, Munith saw the same patterns emerge — talented players slipping through the cracks, under-supported coaches, and systems that lacked clarity, consistency, and care. Tekkers Coaching was created as a direct response: a football ecosystem designed to fix what’s broken and raise the standard of player and coach development in Aotearoa.
